It's just toooo much concrete....

Concrete - it's nice because you don't have to water it, but it's also not the most beautiful material on earth. The plan is to remove this and make a HUGE planter in the middle and then bring in artifical turf (which we also don't have to water :) , and give the ANNEX a total new look.
