Do you offer tours?
Yup! Beginning around April and through September we have an actual model. We also have 3D tours on the website. And, if you want us to walk you through the apartments in real time, we also offer virtual tours.
What are your move-in dates?
We like to keep everything consistent, so we push all the move-in's to 9-15-2020
Do you allow pets?
For sure. We love the furry friends and both cats and dogs are allowed - but, we do have some breed restrictions...so maybe let us know if you think you have a pup on that list.
Here are some quick details - Two pet limit per household. Additional deposit of $400 required.
Pet rent: Pets under 30 lbs.: $35 per month Pets 30 lbs. and over: $50 per month
We utilize a third party screening company called PetScreening.com. All pets will be qualified through this database.
Tell me about parking...
Since parking is limited, we do charge for spaces. All parking is secuired in either a garage or gated carport. Each space is $50/month and parking is extremely limited.
What about utilities, how does that work?
All residents agree to have electricity and sewer transferred to their name by
contacting Riverside Public Utilities at: (951) 782 – 0330 and provide us with your utility account number prior to your move in date.
Each apartment is individually metered for gas, so you will setup an account with SoCal gas and they can be reached at (877) 238-0092.
Water and Trash will be billed monthly for $15/month per bed space and are paid online with the rent payment. Gas is billed on each resident's tenant portal.
There is a one time gas set up fee of $40 due on move in day.
Does the Annex offer any amenities
Good question. On site is a Laundry facility, cornhole boards and a ton of fun lounging areas. But, true to the annex name, all residents here will have access to all University Riverside Gardens’ amenities which include
-Bocce ball court
-Two swimming pools
