RENTAL INFO
- 01Sure do - we offer a hand ful of 3D tours on the website. And, if you want us to walk you through the apartments in real time, we also offer virtual tours pending availabitliy.
- 02For sure. We love the furry friends and both cats and dogs are allowed - but, we do have some breed restrictions...so maybe let us know if you think you have a pup on that list. Here are some quick details - Two pet limit per household. Additional deposit of $400 required. Pet rent: Pets under 30 lbs.: $35 per month Pets 30 lbs. and over: $50 per month We utilize a third party screening company called PetScreening.com. All pets will be qualified through this database.
- 03Since parking is limited, we do charge for spaces. All parking is secured in either a garage or gated carport. Each space is $50/month and parking is extremely limited and is offered on a first come, first served basis.
- 04All residents agree to have electricity and sewer transferred to their name by contacting Riverside Public Utilities at: (951) 782 – 0330 and provide us with your utility account number prior to your move in date. Each apartment is individually metered for gas, so you will setup an account with SoCal gas and they can be reached at (877) 238-0092. Water and Trash will be billed monthly per bed space and are paid online with the rent payment. There is a one time admin fee of $40 due on move in day.
- 05Good question. On site is a Laundry facility, cornhole boards and a ton of fun lounging areas.
