The ANNEX ON CHICAGO is less than a mile from the University of California Riverside and a block from nearby food, shopping, and entertainment.  

 

The property has undergone a full renovation and we are excited to begin renewing and leasing for the 2024-25 school year. True to the ANNEX philosophy, Residents here will be able to enjoy the pool and other amenities at our sister property just up the street.
